General Terms and Conditions

By booking one or more rooms, all guests accept the following terms and conditions. You can obtain these terms and conditions in writing or digitally on request

1. Reservation and Payment

• It is possible to make a reservation via the website, via email or by telephone. A reservation is final upon receipt of the deposit or the total price according to the due amount at the time of booking.

• When checking out, the total outstanding bill must be settled.

• We accept cash up to the maximum amount allowed by local law. ​

 

​2. Arrival and departure

• You are welcome from 16 pm, and we would like you to leave the room by 10 am.

• Please inform us a few days in advance of your estimated time of arrival. If your flight or ferry is late on the day of arrival, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

• Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability of the rooms.

 

​​​​3. House Rules

• Renters or guests must posses a residence and ID or passport, be at least 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by an 18-year-old parent or guardian. During check-in, the guest IDs are registered. We will not keep your data for longer than provided for by local law.

• If you receive non-registered visitors on our premises or buildings, you must first announce these visitors in advance.

• Please do not cause any noise nuisance and if we request it, limit the noise nuisance. Everyone has the right to a good night's sleep from 22 pm.

• We have a non-smoking policy in indoor and covered areas. We allow smoking outside on the site but ask you to use the ashtrays and not to throw your cigarette butts on the site. If you do not respect our smoking policy, we will charge a cleaning fee between 50 € and 250 € depending on the cleaning task.

• If you cause damage to our possessions or dispose of our goods, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, we ask you to report this immediately and do your best to limit this damage as much as possible.

• The pool is private and entry is entirely under your own responsibility. The swimming pool is certainly not public and there is no supervision.​

 

​​​​​​4. Cancellation policy

• We refund as below in case of cancellation :

  1. up to 30 days before arrival we will refund 100%

  2. up to 7 days before arrival we will refund 50%

• If the room is booked under a special or reduced rate, there is no refund.

• Early departure follows the same rules as indicated above

• If you show up with fewer people no refunds will be made on this subject.

 

​5. Liability

• If we are held liable for possible damage, injury or theft of goods that we have caused ourselves, and there is a direct link between our liability and the amount of claimed  damage, our insurance will be called upon for this. Moral damage is always excluded, and other compensation is limited to the maximum amount that the insurance will pay out. Natural disasters, attacks, strikes, epidemics, lightning strikes and house fires are excluded from compensation.

• We are not liable for any damage, injury, loss or theft caused to you and your fellow travelers by other guests and third parties. All recovery acts and costs associated with this are at your own expense.

• You are liable for any damage, injury or theft that you cause to third parties, to the owners or staff of Stazzu La Vigna di Maria, or to yourself during your stay with us.

 

​​​​6. Jurisdiction

• All our bookings, liabilities, and disputes are governed only by the local law of Sardinia Italy and its courts.
